The International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, Turkey’s longest-running film festival, continues to be an important support platform for both Turkish and world cinema in its 61st year. This year, awards will be given to productions in various categories within the National Feature Film Competition, National Documentary Competition, National Short Film Competition, International Feature Film Competition, and Forum sections.
In the 61st Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, a total of 14 monetary awards will be distributed in the National Feature Film Competition. Among the most notable awards is the Best Film Award, with a prize of 1.5 million TL. Additionally, the Best Director Award will be 300,000 TL, the Dr. Avni Tolunay Special Jury Award 200,000 TL, and the Behlül Dal Best First Film Award will also be 200,000 TL.
The awards to be distributed in the National Feature Film Competition of the 61st International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival are as follows:
- Best Film: 1,500,000 TL
- Dr. Avni Tolunay Special Jury Award: 200,000 TL
- Behlül Dal Best First Film Award: 200,000 TL
- Best Director: 300,000 TL
- Cahide Sonku Award: 150,000 TL
- Best Screenplay: 150,000 TL
- Best Cinematography: 150,000 TL
- Best Music: 150,000 TL
- Best Editing: 150,000 TL
- Best Art Direction: 150,000 TL
- Best Actress: 150,000 TL
- Best Actor: 150,000 TL
- Best Supporting Actress: 100,000 TL
- Best Supporting Actor: 100,000 TL
In the National Documentary Competition, the Best Documentary Film award will be 150,000 TL, while the Special Jury Award will be 100,000 TL. In the National Short Film Competition, the Best Short Film award will be 100,000 TL, and the Special Jury Award will be 50,000 TL.
In the International Feature Film Competition, the Best Film award is set at 300,000 TL, and the Best Director award at 150,000 TL.
The 61st International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival will take place between October 5-12.
