As part of the inspections, the teams checked the price tags and expiration dates of the products in the markets throughout the city before the month of Ramadan. Again, due to the month of Ramadan, the Metropolitan Police teams, which focused on the ovens, checked the hygiene, price and weight of the products in the ovens. As a result of the inspections, businesses that did not comply with the rules were penalized within the framework of the relevant laws and regulations.
