Metafor Shopping Mall has been awarded the “Innovative Real Estate Brand” prize at the 4th Leader Brand Awards.
Metafor Shopping Mall was honored with the “Innovative Real Estate Brand” award at the 4th Leader Brand Awards, as a result of evaluations by a jury consisting of academicians, scientists, and business professionals. The award was presented to Ali İmran BOZDOĞAN, Member of the Board of Directors and CEO of View Yapı Construction Industry and Trade Inc., at a ceremony attended by many famous figures from the art, society, and business world, hosted by Emre KINAY and Nefise KARATAY.
During his acceptance speech, Ali İmran BOZDOĞAN expressed his gratitude on behalf of View Yapı to the jury members who deemed Metafor Shopping Mall, part of the Metafor Ankara Project, worthy of the “Innovative Real Estate Brand” award. BOZDOĞAN stated, “Unlike traditional methods, as Metafor Shopping Mall, we offered our stores and shops for sale based on a square meter sales system. As you know, the stores and shops in shopping malls are valuable real estate with high returns.
