The program, which will be conducted in collaboration with Exelerate and based in Amsterdam, will accept registrations until August 1st. The program’s goals include ensuring smooth entry of Turkish entrepreneurs into the Dutch market, providing resources and networks needed to grow their businesses across Europe, validating the suitability of products and solutions for the Dutch-European market, gaining investment opportunities through new collaborations, connecting with European trade networks and qualified stakeholders, and meeting potential customers, partners, and investors.
The Entertech Netherlands Expanding Program provides all the necessary support for integrating entrepreneurs into the global market!
It offers benefits such as access to local resources and networks necessary for entering the Dutch-European market, market fit validation, initiation of initial commercial collaborations, a broad network-building opportunity across Europe, mentorship support, international market readiness, cultural and logistical assistance, and promotional marketing support. The program covers all the stages and support needed for entrepreneurs to expand into international markets.
Dr. Muhammed Kasapoğlu, General Manager of Entertech İstanbul Teknokent, emphasized the program’s importance in promoting Turkey’s technology and innovation ecosystem internationally, gaining a competitive advantage by closely following global trends, and providing additional resources for entrepreneurs. He stated that the program aims to leverage financial incentives and grants available in Europe to strengthen the ecosystem and highlighted the significance of establishing a branch abroad for a technopark.
Kasapoğlu noted that this expansion helps in creating global networks and collaborations, increasing access to broader investment and financing opportunities, enabling local startups to expand their markets, offering the chance to stay updated with technological developments and innovations in different countries, and accelerating the process of competing in the global market. He also added that the Netherlands holds a special position in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Innovative Journeys with Various Entrepreneurship Programs in Europe!
Dr. Muhammed Kasapoğlu highlighted that the Netherlands, one of Europe’s largest entrepreneurship ecosystems, attracted $5.3 billion in venture capital globally in 2020 and was ranked 4th out of 141 countries in the World Economic Forum’s 2021 Global Competitiveness Report. The Netherlands is noted for its rapid development, particularly in agriculture and food sectors. Dr. Kasapoğlu emphasized, “As the country ranks second in global food and agricultural exports, it has the capability to attract global players in this field. Additionally, it leads global agricultural food R&D with investments of around $1 billion. At Entertech İstanbul Teknokent, we are focusing on the food and agriculture sectors in the Netherlands through the Entertech Netherlands Expanding Program. Entrepreneurs offering innovative solutions in these areas will benefit significantly from the Netherlands’ strong agricultural and food sector. This program focuses on Europe and is just the beginning for us. We previously worked with Germany in the field of gaming technology. Now we are in the Netherlands and will continue to develop new programs in other countries in the future.”
