The premiere of the film “Meşru Gayrimeşru,” produced by Orhan Şeddatlı and directed by Ömer Kaydı, took place at City’s CINEWAM with an event primarily featuring press members and artists. The film stars Erkan Can, Kemal Uçar, Şahin Sarsu, İbrahim Temizoğlu, and Yusuf Uyar.
One of the guests at the premiere was Çiğdem Yorgancıoğlu, an Ethical Leadership Trainer, Film Critic, Economist, Auditor, World Traveler, Coach Artist, and founder of the MIM CHI 360 Drama Dance Theater Platform. During the evening, Yorgancıoğlu shared a heartfelt conversation with the Turkish theater, cinema, and series actress Sebahat Adalar, whom she described as “so precious, with a smile and laughter that are so genuine and beautiful.” They also captured several memorable photos together.

Yorgancıoğlu remarked about Sebahat Adalar, “She is humble and does not talk about herself. To truly feel her elegance, wisdom, and sincere simplicity, just look at her acceptance speech at the recent Moscow Drop Horror Film Festival, rather than only focusing on series like Leyla ile Mecnun.” You can also find several images here featuring the renowned organizer Ata Çağlayan with Turkish cinema and series actor Erkan Can alongside the performance artist Çiğdem Yorgancıoğlu.

Çiğdem Yorgancıoğlu Praises Sebahat Adalar: “Humble, Wise, and Sincere”
Yorgancıoğlu left several memorable photos with the Turkish theater, cinema, and television actress Sebahat Adalar, whom she described as “so precious, with a smile and laughter that are so genuine and beautiful.” She further stated about Adalar, “She is humble and does not talk about herself. To truly feel her elegance, wisdom, and sincere simplicity, just look at her acceptance speech at the recent Moscow Drop Horror Film Festival, rather than only focusing on series like Leyla ile Mecnun.” You can also find several images here featuring the renowned organizer Ata Çağlayan alongside actor Erkan Can and Çiğdem Yorgancıoğlu.
Referring to the 2000 Turkish drama film Dar Alanda Kısa Paslaşmalar, renowned cinema and television actor Erkan Can quickly grasped Yorgancıoğlu’s humorous remark that “Life is very much like football.” He responded with, “Absolutely.” Yorgancıoğlu then added, “Additionally, he expressed his excitement about the Galatasaray match tonight, saying, ‘It will go from Gala to Galatasaray; we will start well in the Europa League.’”
Before the gala screening, at the cocktail event, when asked by the media and press group, “What do you think about the theme of the film?” Yorgancıoğlu replied, “I haven’t seen the film yet. First of all, thank you for not asking me one of those nonsensical questions that were directed at the film’s artists and lead actor, questions that many of us find strange, about the life of another artist.”
Çiğdem Yorgancıoğlu: “No One Should Say ‘No One Can Trick Me’”
Yorgancıoğlu continued her remarks by saying, “Sometimes, such voices can damage the reputation of the press, but it would be a big mistake to generalize this to the media. Anyway, in response to your question, although I haven’t seen the film, I read that its story can be summarized as that of a law professor who falls victim to phone scammers and confronts both the traits he knows and doesn’t know about himself while pursuing the scammers. In the film, Erkan Can pulls a rabbit out of a hat; it seems to be a thought-provoking comedy,” she said.
Yorgancıoğlu added, “Let me say this: our efforts to strengthen ethical values in society continue on one hand. I am pursuing this within the corporate and academic communities through the CLC360 Education model in the context of ethical values. Allow me to make a recommendation: no one should say, ‘No one can trick me,’ and those who have been scammed should not look down on them from a high perspective. It’s not just the naive, gullible, or foolish who get scammed. People are often deceived not because of their stupidity, but because they sometimes act foolishly due to their eagerness for various interests.”
Striking Warning on Manipulation and Fraud: “It’s Becoming Harder to Distinguish the Fake from the Real”
“Anyway, it’s possible to deceive the clever and intelligent as well. I even have a professor friend who is the founding head of a faculty at a reputable university, and I remember him sharing this situation in the media. There’s also a professor in the film. Additionally, Erkan Can was scammed; he accepted the role after reading the script, hoping to raise public awareness because it happened to him. A momentary lapse in attention, skipping a security step, neglect, distraction, or assumption is enough to get hooked. In a world where the measure of separating the fake from the real is becoming increasingly difficult, it is beneficial to take as many precautions as possible.
Fortunately, we provide training on preventing exposure to manipulation and risk through CLC360; that is part of our work. I wish the film box office success in proportion to the joy it brings and the awareness it creates in society. Kudos to everyone for their hard work. This place holds significant nostalgic value for me; the City’s building was once my school. Şişli Terakki High School. This also became a memory for me. While I was finishing primary school, the school was celebrating its hundredth anniversary. The year was 1979, and time flows on.”
