Antakya Reborn Volunteers aim to revitalize life in earthquake-affected Antakya through culture and art. This volunteer-driven initiative serves as a beacon of hope for those impacted by the disaster.
Theater and Literature Gatherings
The events scheduled for November 28, 2024, include:
- İbrahim Selim will perform his play “No One Told Me What Happened” at The Museum Hotel Antakya as a volunteer contribution.
- Yekta Kopan will meet students at Hatay Fen High School to discuss his new book, Belki Yaz Erken Gelir (Perhaps Summer Comes Early).
- Ayça Derin Karabulut will host a literary talk with author Nermin Yıldırım at Waxing Hotel for book enthusiasts.
All proceeds from these events will be used to support the education of 200 students affected by the earthquake, facilitated through the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV).
