Eker Sailing Team won first place at the 8th Deniz Kızı International Sailing Cup.
Eker Sailing Team, representing Eker Dairy Products, participated in the 8th Deniz Kızı International Sailing Cup held this year and secured first place in both the IRC 3 Division and IRC 3-4 Overall categories.

The 8th Deniz Kızı International Women’s Sailing Cup, aimed at promoting women’s interest in sailing, nurturing new athletes, and increasing enthusiasm for sailing, took place on September 2-3 at the Caddebostan Course in collaboration with the Turkey Sailing Federation and the Istanbul Offshore Yacht Racing Club. The event allowed corporate, individual, and university women’s sailing teams, as well as international women’s sailing teams, to participate and carried the slogan “Setting Sail for Good.”

Eker Dairy Products, known for its support of sailing, was among the organizations competing in the 8th Deniz Kızı International Sailing Cup. Representing Eker at the event and racing with the “Eker Efsane DAS Dojo” boat, the “Eker Sailing Team” secured first place in both the IRC 3 Division and IRC 3-4 Overall categories. The all-female sailing team from Eker, consisting of female employees, also earned the title of being the first team to round the buoy on the first day and won a geographical route race on the second day of the competition.
