TransAnatolia, held in the unique geography of Anatolia where culture, history, and nature intertwine, is counting down to a grand adventure for its 14th year. The 2,200 km race, starting in Mersin and concluding in Van between August 31 and September 7, will feature 93 competitors from many countries, including Turkey.
TransAnatolia is one of the rare organizations that brings together nature, adventure, and sports in a single race. This year, competitors from Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Andorra, France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Japan, and the UK will fiercely compete across Turkey’s diverse geographies.
Challenging Routes and Diverse Categories
The race will start in Mersin and pass through İçel, Karaman, Konya, Niğde, Adana, Kayseri, Yozgat, Sivas, Erzincan, Tunceli, Elazığ, Bingöl, Muş, and Bitlis before concluding in Van. The 2,200 km routes will feature both Turkish and international competitors. Participants will compete in two separate categories: rally and raid, across various vehicle types including motorcycles, 4×4 cars, SSVs, quads, and trucks. They will face challenging conditions across different climates and geographies.
