Rüzgar Pehlivan, who began his career as a street musician, later started performing in bars. By chance, while attending a Haluk Levent concert as a spectator, he met Hilmi Topaloğlu, the cassette king of that era. This encounter led to the release of his first studio album, “Gençliğim Ellerinde”, under the Prestij Müzik label in 2001, which brought him fame.
He wrote songs for Haluk Levent, Ferhat Göçer, and Teoman!
After the success of “Zifiri”, Rüzgar Pehlivan received numerous offers. Haluk Levent requested the song three times and was finally able to record it in 2011. Later, Ferhat Göçer also performed the same song. Pehlivan is also the lyricist and composer of Teoman’s famous track “N’apim, Tabiatım Böyle.” After Teoman’s rendition, Pehlivan performed the song himself and included it in his music video projects on YouTube.
