Inspera Bodrum, Bodrum’s new culture and art living space, is preparing to host the theater play “A sleepless dream, Salim” written by Berkay Ateş and brought to life with his award-winning performance. The one-act play, which will take place at Inspera Main Stage on Saturday, April 13 at 19.00, will lead the audience to search for an answer to the question “is wish or fate more difficult?” for about 80 minutes. At 21.00, Inspera Main Stage will stage a delightful conversation with Berkay Ateş on his book “Shoot the Silence – Five Plays One Story”.
Inspera Bodrum, which brings a new breath to Bodrum by bringing together many different branches of art, is preparing to make the final of the holiday with a play that has received great appreciation from theater lovers. “A sleepless dream, Salim”, which will be staged for the first time in Bodrum, will meet its audience on April 13 at Inspera Main Stage.
Berkay Ateş is the writer and actor of the play, which focuses on the story of Salim, who was sent to Istanbul while living with his family in Adana. Berkay Ateş, who was deemed worthy of the Direklerarası Single Performance Best Actor award for his performance in the play, gives life to the character of Salim, who, while working in his uncle’s kebab shop, takes an irreversible path with what he witnesses.
After the play “A Sleepless Dream, Salim”, Berkay Ateş will give a talk about his book “Shoot the Silence – Five Plays, One Story” at Inspera Main Stage at 21.00.
Children will enjoy art during the holiday
Inspera Bodrum does not forget the little art lovers who want to enjoy art during the holiday and invites them to be a part of a great adventure with Charles Dickens’ famous work Oliver Twist, which will be staged at Inspera Main Stage on Sunday, April 14. Open to audiences aged 4 and up, the play starts at 16.00.
Inspera Bodrum will also continue to organize enjoyable and fun workshops for children at the Art Academy during the 9-day Ramadan holiday.
