Rüyam Soysal, the founder of the global real estate brand Rona International Realty in Miami, hosted an exclusive dinner event on the evening of Wednesday, February 26, to introduce the collaboration with The Rider project to a select group from the business and social world. During the event, The Rider, one of the best and newest projects in Miami expected to stand out in the global real estate market in 2025, was presented to the distinguished guests.
While the ambiance created by palm trees and the Miami visuals on the screen made guests feel as if they were in Miami, the elegant setting of ChinChin Etiler, delicious cuisine, and delightful conversations were accompanied by DJ Burak Özkan, making the night unforgettable.
Rüyam Soysal, the founder of Rona International, stated that “with globalization, the number of clients from Turkey has also increased.” The Rider project was introduced for the first time to an exclusive audience from the business and social world. Among the attendees were Etel Baler, Siren Ertan Kayalar, Defne Samyeli, Meltem Cumbul, Erkal Aksoy, Melda Kosif, Saffet Emre Toguç, and Mine Kalpakçıoğlu.
Founded in 2009 by Rüyam Soysal, Rona International is a “Global Women’s Entrepreneurship Story and Success.” Rüyam Soysal provides consultancy services to both local and international investors in high-quality residential and commercial real estate in the Florida region. By selecting the right projects, she helps investors safely increase their profits.
Post-pandemic, Miami has become an attractive investment destination due to its climate and tax regulations. The advantages of The Rider project include Miami’s high rental yields relative to investment costs, its location in the city’s new hotspot Art District (the arts district), the availability of direct and multiple flight options from Istanbul to Miami, its proximity to the airport (just a 30-minute drive), and the fact that it is not a skyscraper.
The Rider Residences:
A boutique building consisting of 146 apartments across only 12 floors, located in the heart of Miami at the intersection of the city’s most popular neighborhoods — Design District, Midtown, and Edgewater. Due to zoning regulations, high-rise buildings are not permitted in this area, making the entire neighborhood spacious, airy, and comprised of low-rise structures.
A high-speed train station connecting to Orlando and eventually the northern U.S. is set to open just one block from the building. There are no rental period restrictions — even daily rentals are allowed. The apartments will be delivered fully furnished and move-in ready by early 2027.
The common areas are tastefully designed, featuring a Turkish hammam, infrared sauna, ice pool, and a state-of-the-art gym equipped with the latest fitness technology. Throughout the building, art photography and motorcycle-themed design elements can be seen, adding a unique character to the project.
