Artist Pınar Ervardar’s solo exhibition titled “Bir Damla” brought art enthusiasts together for the benefit of the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV). The exhibition not only offered an aesthetic experience but also stood as a meaningful symbol of solidarity, contributing to children’s education.
Speaking at the exhibition’s opening, TEGV General Manager Sait Tosyalı delivered an emotional and inspiring speech, highlighting the significance of the event with the following words:
“Dear Pınar Ervardar’s meaningful contribution is incredibly valuable to us. Since 2017, she has never withheld her interest and support. Today, as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of our foundation, we take pride in having touched the lives of over 3.2 million children. This achievement has been made possible thanks to the vision of Suna Kıraç, who founded this organization with the words, ‘I have ideals that outlive a lifetime.’”

Following Tosyalı’s speech, artist Pınar Ervardar shared her heartfelt thoughts about the preparation process and the deeper meaning of the exhibition:
“I’ve just realized that 2025 is a truly special year for me. It marks both the 30th anniversary of the foundation and the 25th year of my painting journey. Hosting this exhibition was a dream of mine. We turned this dream into reality in a space far beyond my imagination and with an amazing team. I sincerely thank Sait and everyone involved for their unwavering support.”

Pınar Ervardar defines this exhibition not as a shopping event, but as an act of goodwill:
“We all love buying gifts for one another, but we often hesitate when it comes to investing in a piece of art. Yet, every artwork purchased here touches a child’s life. Today is not a time for shopping; today is a time to contribute to change.”

The curator of the exhibition and founder of the gallery, Müntela Adalı, expressed her belief in the project with the following words:
“I’m not a traditional gallerist, I’m an entrepreneur. I opened this gallery to support artists and art itself. A piece you purchase here today could change the life of a child you’ve never met. So please, don’t hold back—let today be a day of abundance.”

All proceeds from the exhibition will be donated to support children’s education through the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV). Brought to life through Ervardar’s art, Bir Damla continues to deliver a powerful message where social awareness meets art.
“Change a child’s life, change Turkey.”
