Highlighting the power of collaborations for green transformation and their engagement with members on various platforms, Alpaslan Çakar, the Chairman of the Turkish Banking Association, stated, “Since 2009, we have had a Sustainability Working Group that guides our members in systematically managing sustainability issues in their lending processes and other banking transactions. Our Association closely monitors the national and international agenda regarding sustainable development, climate change, and climate finance, conducting coordination efforts. With our first Sustainability Report, which we have prepared as an output of our sustainability-focused activities, we present our Association’s approach to our stakeholders.”
Directly and indirectly, we contribute to all SDGs through our efforts.
