Participants gained access to groundbreaking virtual reality tools and Vertiv™ XR application demos to explore data center equipment and potential.
Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), the global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, showcased its latest innovations at the Datacloud Global Congress, the premier meeting for top-level executives in the field of ICT information and communication technologies, held at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco from April 25-27, 2023. At stand 42, Vertiv presented developments in power, cooling, and IT infrastructure solutions for data centers and offered visitors the opportunity to discuss challenges with its expert team and experience its innovative technology firsthand.
At the Vertiv booth, visitors experienced guided virtual reality tours of Vertiv’s data center solutions and participated in a competition to win a MetaQuest 2 device. Visitors also experienced the new Vertiv™ XR application, a first-of-its-kind tool that allows data center operators, IT managers, and channel partners to visualize Vertiv products in any facility, enabling them to better understand how the infrastructure supports compute and how it impacts physical footprint. This virtual experience provides a useful tool for planning their areas and providing support after installation.
Karsten Winther, President of Vertiv EMEA, said, “We are proud to be a supportive sponsor and showcase Vertiv’s latest infrastructure solutions at Datacloud 2023. Visitors to our stand had the chance to see our products in action through virtual and augmented reality. We are also excited to partner with MEEZA to share a success story that demonstrates how our integrated modular solutions can provide significant benefits for rapid data center deployments.”
